The Elitists, an IIM Alumni Venture, is an Executive Placement and Retained Search firm focusing on Senior Management, Executive Leadership and Top Management searches (Positions with Annual Gross Compensation in excess of INR 40 Lakhs p.a.) for Top Tier Companies across over 10 industries, including IT/ITES/BFSI/Management Consulting/Retail/Telecom industries. We work with a very select client base on critical and confidential engagements, mostly at the Executive Level. The Elitists is actively supported by Alumni from the IIMs, XLRI and TISS. We kick started our operations in Chennai in 2002.
Role on Offer :- Trainee HR Consultant.
Job Location :- Chennai Only.
Job Description :-
The selected candidate would be trained by us on all activities in the recruitment lifecycle and would then work on assisting consultants deliver on the mandates currently being executed by us.
Candidate Profile Expectations :-
The professional :-
- Must possess Excellent Academic, Co-Curricular and Extra Curricular Credentials with excellent communication skills.
- Should be a highly energetic and enthusiastic person.
- Must be open to work long hours and deliver under intense pressure and high client expectations.
- Preferably have good knowledge of the few sectors like financial services, Banking, IT Services and the like
- Expected to join immediately.
- If the candidate is selected and accepts our offer, he/she, should be willing to execute a written agreement to work with us for atleast One year from the Date of joining. Candidates who are not comfortable to give us this commitment in writing need not apply.
Compensation: - Designed to attract the best in the industry, who are confident of performing under demanding but very high quality clients. Negotiable and not a constraint.
