Job Description
• Having experience of 3 – 8 years and out of which at least 3 years in full life cycle of US staffing for a large global firm.
• Ability to work, lead and direct in a high volume, fast paced environment required
• Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure. Negotiating the rates based on W2 or Corp 2 Corp or 1099
• Should have good communication and convincing skills
• Must have excellent negotiation skills. Should have sound Technical Background, Candidates with Technical qualification or prior IT Recruitments experience would be preferred .MBA is required
Strong knowledge of industry and technology trends, compensation and benefits
• Manage entire process or area of recruiting
• Specs job, sources candidates, assess candidate (recommends offer package including compensation), close candidate, processing offer/hire, partners with hiring managers on strategy and SLA
• Establish, Maintain & Reports metrics on all steps in recruiting process (i.e. source mix, cost per hire, TAT, offers, hires, declines, ratios, etc.)
• Responsible for completing projects by actively interacting with other teams or cross-functional participants.

• Manages and initiates very complex projects autonomously, they may have significant bottom-line impact
• Establish and drive relationships with vendors or partners and proactively address issues/concerns
• Provide or hand-hold others in training and/ or development in the team.
• Plans, executes and measures multi channel complex sourcing efforts
• Turns leads into candidates
• Assemble effective hiring team/ meeting and assigns competencies
• Develops more complex recruiting strategies with hiring managers for a wide range of mainly exempt positions, through the Director level.
Educational Qualification: Strong academic credentials required. Preferably Graduation/Post Graduation from reputed universities/engineering schools with First Class & Above.
Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication required. We are looking for stellar performers who are self-starters with high initiative, motivation and CAN DO Attitude.
Candidates with valid US visa B1/H1 may be considered for immediate opening for US operations.
