Job Description:
We are looking out for candidates who are interested in the field of Telecom field as a career.
He/she should have good communication skills in English and customer-oriented qualities.
He/she should have basic knowledge in computers (MS Office) is must.
He/she will be handling inbound or outbound telecom process, willing to work in rotational shifts and should be 18 + years of age.
Answer customer queries and requests, relating to respective product or services.
Maintain documentation on customer accounts.
Abide by Compliance and Quality guidelines set by the Company.
Escalate Issues as per guidelines. Be courteous towards Customers.
Reporting to the team leader for day-to-day functioning
Should have computer knowledge and open to write 30 words per minute with 85% accuracy
Excellent team player, energetic and enthusiastic to learn and willingness to work extended hours if required.
Fluency in any one of the following regional languages: Malayalam/ Kannada/ Telugu /Tamil
