â€¢ Search resumes in Job portals and Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds.

â€¢ Conducts initial interviews by phone/ in person to determine experience and skill level.

â€¢ Checking the references of candidates simultaneously.

â€¢ Submit the profile of the candidate to Technical Team for a technical discussion.

â€¢ Negotiates salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting companies and close the position.

Desired Candidate Profile

â€¢ Must have 2+ Years of Experience in IT Recruitments.

â€¢ Should be a Graduate in any stream.

â€¢ Should have good communication and convincing skills.

â€¢ Should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.

â€¢ Excellent negotiation skills.
