Urgently Looking for Civil Engineer
Exp- 2-4yrs
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Civil Enginnering
Location: Chennai (candidates from chennai or nearby areas are preffered)
Key Skills:
Setting the Targets for Sales and Realizations on weekly and monthly basis. Following-up closely to avoid the slippages of the set targets.
• Negotiating with the E & P and Civil Contractors and making the schedule of the Project for them.
• Controlling the release of the Work Orders and certifying the bills for releasing the payments of the contractors. Coordinating with the project leads at site regarding the work progress.
• Analyzing the Site Tracking Sheets on daily basis from all the circles and related projects to guide the staff working on them to ensure the completion of the Project as per the schedule.
• Procurement of Material where-ever required in completing the assigned projects.
• Controlling the invoicing staff and guiding them in getting the AT completion certificates and required documents as per the Customers’ Contract. Also, constant supervision of the bills till they are realized.
