Building new business and opportunities in the Consulting and HR Services space which includes Executive Search, e-Learning & blended learning, Training and Development, Hiring strategy for corporates, campus hiring and RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) Services, Temp staffing, outplacement and media related services in Recruitment and career space
Building sustainable corporate relationship that can lead to account mining and cross selling of products and services
To deliver winning proposals that can differentiate your offerings
To present concepts of tomorrow, today, to the CEOs and CXOs on talent acquisition and management
To identify and or source / headhunt passive talent for right careers
Counsel candidates in planning their careers and act as their talent manager.

Desired Candidate Profile
Demonstrated capability in dealing with CEOs, CXOs and in developing sustainable relationships
Possess abilities to cross sell a portfolio of product and service offerings to existing clients
Demonstrated capability to work towards influencing outcomes in a B2B environment.
Exhibit a consulting mindset and possess analytical skills to be able to comprehend the client’s business
