Desired Candidate Profile

The candidate should be a B.E/B. Tech. and MBA from a reputed institute, with 2 to 6 years of experience as system analyst/ Marketing professional for software products like ERP, CRM, DMS in BPO’s Banking, Financial Institutions, Insurance, e-governance and Telecom segments. He/She must have thorough understanding of the software product market dynamics and software development processes. He/She should be excellent in Software Implementation, interpersonal relationship skills, communication skills and customer relationship management skills. Those having experience in providing software solutions in BPO’s, Retail Banking/Insurance sector will be given preference.

Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for post-sales Engagement Management with the clients along with the role of Business & Systems Analyst.

As an Engagement Manager, the person will act as a single point of contact for the customer to ensure that during the course of project all the requirements, concerns and deliveries are responded proactively and in time. The person will have consultative approach towards pain areas and requirements of the client and will always look forward to position various solution offerings to expand the Newgen business for the existing customers.

As a Business & Systems Analyst, the person will have complete functional expertise of Newgen products and solutions as well as knowledge of technical architecture of the products. S/he will be responsible for interacting with clients’ business user and process owner groups to gather the business requirements effectively to enable the development/configuration team to take the project further and ensure deliveries with least possible issues/gaps. S/he will document the functional requirements meticulously to ensure least of ambiguity in the requirements.
