Job Description •Own the budgets for the location

•Owns the growth budget for his location – Growth in terms of BA growth - Organic and Inorganic

•Owning top line & bottom line FYP targets for the Location

•Provide operational support to BAs/SBAs/MBAs in terms of submissions, issuance , pending resolve etc

•Meet newly recruited Advisors during training to ensure they become active early

•Ensure the product mix of the team has sufficient A&H, Riders and other key products that contribute to a healthy mix that drives persistency and profitability

•Review daily targets and submission/issuance rates

•Provide support to BA’s to organize COP’s & events

•Arrange/attend outdoor promotional events and seminars on recruitment , awareness, customer events, HNI priority etc

•Contact BAs who are falling short of CMC criteria to re-activate them

•Liaise with successful Advisors to motivate them to become BAs Owns the PBA induction and development program

•Grow the representation of advisors and BA’s from his location on Conventions, MDRT, IQA Limra League tables etc.

•Ensure BAs and Advisors’ incomes in his/ her location exceed benchmarks

•Monitor the performance of all agency managers

•Coach BAMs and BAs on management/sales skills

•Ensure adherence to SOPs & sales processes & instigate disciplinary action against those found breaching them

•Deal with and escalate compliance issues

Desired Profile
Navigate the growth of the Location,I nteract with BAs / SBAs & MBAs to help them achieve sales targets, Arrange & attend various marketing events for external stakeholders, Monitor the performance of BAs , Management of teams, Maintain & drive compliance.
