1. Should be responsible for end to end recruitment.

3. Designing Job description & Responsible for Job Posting.

4. Handling Induction & Training of new joiners.

5. Recruitments for all levels of employees in insurance.

6. Reporting to Vertical Head about day by day Activities.

7. Excellent exposure to the job portals.
