Desired Candidate Profile

Graduates with excellent communication skills.
Minimum experience of 1 to 2 years in International Inbound Call Centre.
Should possess excellent communication (verbal & written) in English and analytical skills.
Should also be familiar with MS Office.
Prior International inbound experience preferred.
UK Shift timings - 1:30 pm to 10:30pm
US Shift timings - 6:30 pm to 3:30 am
Pick and drop facility provided.
