Responsibilities/Authorities :
„X Complete review of enrollment forms
„X Identify missing information on forms
„X Send incomplete forms back to client
„X Complete and forward outgoing correspondence when required
„X Key enrollment forms into client eligibility system
„X Maintain customer eligibility information
„X Review and analyze specific eligibility report
„X Maintain and track individual workflow and production
„X Support inventory control during peak times or as needed
„X Processes faxed eligibility maintenance requests initiated by Customer Svc Calls
„X Process urgent requests

Requirements:
„X University degree or equivalent.
„X At least 6 months experience as a Processing Assistant preferred, but not required
„X Outsourcing operations experience preferred, but not required
„X Working knowledge and experience with computers and internet
„X Technical or Specific Skills (e.g. technical, computer)
„X Basic technical knowledge
„X A working knowledge of MS Office products
„X Proficient in report writing, business correspondence
„X Strong Excel skills
